I offer in-person sessions locally in Northeast Los Angeles. I also offer virtual sessions to anyone living in California

To achieve meaningful progress, I typically recommend meeting on a weekly basis, especially to build rapport. This helps us build momentum and consistent progress. As you reach your goals, we can transition to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins per the treatment plan.
Generally, sessions last 50-55 minutes allowing the therapist time thereafter for note-taking and preparation. Couples and/or family sessions may take longer, usually between 60 to 90 minutes.

My fee for a 50-55-minute session is $250. See my Psychology Today profile for my list of accepted insurers (https://www.psychologytoday.com/profile/1078793).
If I do not accept your insurance, I will provide a superbill. You can submit your superbill to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

It is important that I protect the time dedicated to your care and allow other clients the opportunity to book open slots. If you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed / no-show appointments will incur the $250 session fee.
You can cancel or change an appointment by sending me a text or email.
